The second project consists of two buildings; one defines the alignment at the highest point and the other is staggered, adapting to the topography and creating a façade for the central garden, with the low point preceded by an arcade.
The plan comprises 57 high-rise houses and leaves a commercial space on the ground floor along with garages. There are different types of housing though they are primarily studio flats and 2-bedroom flats. In this case, the architectural design consists of simple lines with a contemporary accent of stone and glass.
