After long and thorough research on the transformation that a rural Galician house undergoes due to the change in daily life and culture, which is more urban, the need to adapt urban legislation in Galicia arises in order to condition the formalization of architecture in rural settings to guarantee an appropriate application.

This house is adapted to a simple layout based on a rectangular design, a gabled roof and an important wooden covered terrace. The interior is distributed on different levels to separate the different living spaces.

Given that the surrounding area is used for the cultivation of wine abounding in small family owned wine cellars, the house contains a basement with half of the space dedicated to producing and storing wine.
